I'm a real estate agent and I have personally seen Bart's work on a gut rehab on a 2006 built high-rise condo building in the South Loop. My client, the previous owner of the condo, wasn't sure what finishes she should use so Bart made a lot of the selections and it came out BEAUTIFULLY. He did a white kitchen with quartz counters, sleek stainless steel appliances, grey wood floors and a marble "alternative" bathroom remodel. All of this made my job in selling the condo super easy.
